DONATE TO THE LEAST OF THESE
This incarcerated father heard God’s call to work toward restoration and rebuild his relationship with his family.
And through God’s grace, your support has helped us reach incarcerated men and women in 22 countries and 37 U.S. states – that’s 14,000 restored parents.
But thousands more seek restoration across the globe.
Why?
Incarceration doesn’t just affect families – it affects communities. We’ve heard the statement from our brothers and sisters in these communities, “Well, everyone I know goes to prison. That’s just part of life.”
It doesn’t have to be. Let’s break the cycle of incarceration and recidivism together. As we enter an extraordinary time with extraordinary needs, answer the call now to be true disciples of Christ. Reach out to the least of us to offer an opportunity for restoration:
“Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.” – Matthew 25:40
BREAK THE CYCLE OF INCARCERATION
Experience how God has blessed incarcerated parents and families through Malachi Dads.
In fact, we are:
- talking with facilities in Texas, Illinois, Florida, and Georgia – about 100,000 incarcerated who could break the cycle of incarceration and bring restoration to their families. It costs $32 to provide our Lifeline curriculum to one person.
- extending our reach to the incarcerated in five new countries: Nigeria, Russia, El Salvador, Ethiopia, and Costa Rica. Our cost is anywhere from $2,000-$5,000 per translation and initial curriculum printing.
And on a national scale, our efforts help reduce the rate of recidivism.
The Bureau of Justice Statistics reported the cost of imprisonment in the United States was $55 billion in 2020, for an average of over $45,000 per inmate per year. This does not include federal or county jail numbers.
