Two things have caused Lifeline to adapt the way we approach our ministry, especially in the area of training. The pandemic and the adoption of internet technology by our international partners.

Presently there are 16 countries using our Malachi Dads & Hannah’s Gift curriculum. More than 350 individuals have been trained on how to teach this material via in-person instruction. This required a lot of travel and expense. That is changing too.

This month, representatives from 41 Countries in Africa, Central America, South America & Asia will participate in a 3-part live-training conference over Zoom. We are expecting over 300 participants to be on the call!

These folks come from two partner organizations: Good News Jail & Prison Ministry and Global Children’s Network. Lifeline Global’s International Director, Dan Bostrom says, “We are excited to be able to help these organizations equip leaders with tools to expand their ministry. For one ministry, moving  into more prisons, and for the other, reaching out to new prisons. Helping dads and moms who are behind bars, learn to take steps toward restoration with their children. And it begins with the gospel.”

The 3 days of training (with 2 sessions each day) will take place on August 2, 9, 16. Please pray for good internet connections, especially for those in remote locations. The training will also involve a Spanish language translator, which can also be challenging.
